Une journée animée, par groupe de 3 maximum, où l'on pourra échanger, discuter, partager tous ensemble. Le but est de vous montrer un maximum en peu de temps. De vous partager ma vision du métier. Que vous voyez comment je dresse mes plateaux, comment je les filme en vidéos, bref, je suis à votre disposition pour 12h : profitez-en !

A whole busy day with me, for group of maximum 3 persons. The aim is to talk, exchange, share our visions together in a small and private community. I'll show you maximum of my secrets and cutting techniques, how I wrap cheeses and take care of them to make them look always stunning and beautiful. You'll have 12hours with me : it's your moment to ask me anything you want !
