Format


  • Full-day experience (approximately 12 hours)
  • Groups of up to 3 participants
  • Open exchanges, discussions, observation and hands-on practice
  • A dense and deliberately intense immersion, designed to transmit as much as possible in a single day


The goal is not to skim the surface, but to understand, to observe, and to practice together.
